Job summary

LMI is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our growing technology organization in Tysons, VA and other US locations. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent in cloud engineering, software development, DevSecOps, data engineering, AI/ML, and cybersecurity, for federal customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting across engineering, technology, or digital environments.
Ability to work from Tysons, VA; Colorado Springs, CO; or North Carolina (Fayetteville area preferred).
Strong sourcing and market intelligence capabilities with passive talent engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle recruiting for highly technical and hard-to-fill roles.
Develop targeted recruiting strategies and talent pipelines.
Perform talent market mapping and proactive outreach to passive candidates.
Screen candidates for technical depth, motivations, and location considerations.
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics in the ATS.
