Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 1-3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with administration of IT systems or other business initiatives (desired).

  • Experience working as a liaison (desired).
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects (desired).
  • Experience with Origami and Salesforce (desired).

As a Risk Systems Specialist, you are responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal and external customers of Michels. This position will work with various stakeholders to understand business and deliver effective and innovative technology solutions improving Risk systems. In addition, this role will be involved in design, development, testing and deployment of applications, integrations and enhancements for Michels Risk department's systems and data processes. Success relies on embodying the corporate culture, demonstrating professionalism, possessing strong communication and organizational skills, being self-motivated, and having the ability to work independently.

What it takes:

  • Associate degree Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, and 1-3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with administration of IT systems or other business initiatives (desired)
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (desired)
