Job summary

Tandym-Group is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions, support Pega-based initiatives, and partner across teams to deliver and validate solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into designs, and supporting testing across the SDLC with stakeholders and vendors.

The role is hybrid (at least 3 days onsite) with locations in Pensacola, FL; Winchester, VA; or Vienna, VA, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or related role.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Systems.
• Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverable solutions.
• Experience with SDLC and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, Pega Developer, Product Owner, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Pega Systems
• Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverable solutions
• Experience with software development methodologies and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, test execution, validation, and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes, data, and requirements
• Experience documenting workflows, technical designs, system interfaces, and business processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to present analysis, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to management and project teams

Desired Skills

• Experience with low-code/no-code application development and workflow automation
• Experience with modeling, forecasting, simulation, or quantitative analysis
• Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization
