Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst in Midvale, UT to drive application integrations within agile projects. You will lead architecture discussions, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate business needs into technical solutions.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and support teams, shape backlog items, and ensure acceptance criteria are met. This role demands strong communication, leadership, and a deep understanding of SDLC in large IT

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies ( banking preferred).
Familiar with web services, batch, publish/subscribe, API patterns.
Experience in enterprise integration, middleware, data migrations and backend interfaces.
Demonstrated collaboration and ability to deliver real business results.
Hands-on app development, architecture, and software maintenance.
Excellent written and spoken communication across all organizational levels.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; able to lead and facilitate.
Creative problem solving to mitigate risks beyond strict processes.
Deep understanding of application development lifecycles (legacy and current).
Experience in large IT environments with complex systems.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Agile Sprint Planning.
Experience in SQL programing.

Responsibilities

Serve as Technical Systems Analyst on agile projects and lead integration architecture work.
Lead systems analysis to plan, coordinate, design, document and implement integrations.
Document capability needs with business and tech support teams.
Manage flow of user requirements from backlog to planning with a holistic solution view.
Assist Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
Define acceptance criteria and translate to test cases with the test team.
Prepare materials for backlog prioritization and planning meetings.
Provide guidance to identify root causes and direct troubleshooting.
Develop solution architecture models and key deliverables; ensure testable specs.
Oversee design reviews and defect resolution across teams.
Collaborate with architecture to align with IT strategies and standards.
Ensure adherence to application standards and SLAs.
Assess IT decisions for business impact and communicate to executives.
Contribute inputs to executive presentations and vendor tendering processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
