Qualifications

• Knowledge of covert/overt electronic surveillance devices and how those devices are implemented in the field (video, audio, telephone intercept, tracking, radio).
• Knowledge of federal rules of evidence and relevant constitutional and statutory laws as they relate to electronic surveillance.
• Ability to conduct site surveys and coordinate logistics for operational plans in respect to installs.
• Ability to complete complex electronic surveillance installs.
• Ability to explain troubleshooting techniques on a variety of surveillance systems.
• Ability to brief personnel and management both orally and in writing about electronic surveillance and radio communication.

Responsibilities
