Job Details Job Location: Wall NJ Corporate Office - Wall, NJ Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 Salary/year Job Category: Technology / Software Description

Trinity Solar is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Technical Support Technician to provide frontline support to users across the organization. This individual will be responsible for addressing technical issues, resolving help desk tickets, and ensuring user satisfaction with IT support services.

The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong communication skills, a solid technical background, and a passion for supporting and enabling others through technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create help desk tickets indicating the service requiring support.
  • Attempt to resolve tickets efficiently and accurately.
  • Escalate tickets when necessary to the appropriate personnel or teams.
  • Receive and respond to customer help desk phone calls and service requests.
  • Provide direct production support for application users by addressing operational problems through helpdesk tickets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of overall IT service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of recent, relevant experience in a helpdesk role providing PC support.
  • Working knowledge of systems hardware, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Experience supporting Exchange / Office 365 and understanding of Active Directory.
  • Strong critical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Vibrant and willing to contribute to a collaborative and fun work atmosphere.
Preferred Certifications & Systems Experience
  • Certifications: A+, Network+, Windows Desktop Certification
  • Systems: Freshservice, TeamViewer
