Logiciels Sport-Plus seeks an IT support technician to deliver first-line software and technical assistance. You will diagnose issues, perform remote installations, and guide clients on Logiciels Sport-Plus tools.
The role supports a diverse client base, including municipal clients, and offers a fully remote work environment with flexible hours. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in IT support, strong English/French bilingual skills, and knowledge of Windows, SQL, Azure, and Docker.

The ideal candidate must be consistently committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. They must also be able to work as part of a team, manage priorities, handle a high volume of calls, exercise sound judgment in challenging situations, and work independently within established procedures. The candidate may work remotely or be based at one of Logiciels Sport-Plus Inc.'s offices in Rimouski or Quebec City.
This position involves working outside of regular business hours, including occasional customer support in the evenings or on weekends.
