Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Technical Support Specialist III to independently tackle complex, diverse-scope problems. You will triage escalated cases, design diagnostic experiments to isolate root causes, and mentor junior staff while developing training materials for new product launches.
You’ll lead best-practice development, troubleshoot tools, and coordinate with R&D and external regions. This role offers remote work across the U.S. and a generous compensation package.
As a Technical Support Specialist III your day will be spent working largely independently across complex, diverse-scope problems — triaging escalated cases from Level I/II, designing diagnostic experiments to isolate root causes on issues junior specialists couldn't resolve, and drawing on proficiency across many product families. Beyond casework, you would mentor newer staff on their projects, flag recurring product trends to Engineering and Product Management, and take on forward-looking work like building troubleshooting guides or training materials for upcoming product launches — all of which reflects the role's blend of deep technical depth, sound independent judgment, and early-stage team leadership.
Bio-Rad is pleased to offer the flexibility of Remote Work for this role anywhere in the U.S.
