Job summary

Construction Specialties, Inc. seeks a Technical Support Associate to answer installation and product questions, coordinate site startup travel, and work with R&D, manufacturing, drafting and customer service to deliver engineering data and timely responses.

You'll build knowledge, develop support scripts, review orders for discrepancies, and help improve installation instructions while maintaining ISO 14001 EMS compliance.

• Knowledge of construction and manufacturing methods is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to answer installation and product related questions via phone and email.
• Interacts with R&D, manufacturing, drafting and customer service to obtain needed data.
• Reviews pack slips and shop orders to determine discrepancies for possible no charge orders.
• Reviews customer needs and drawings for possible custom product quote consideration.
