What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support for security systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, and Intercom
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various systems while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety policies
- Program security applications and network devices, and install projects as necessary
- Demonstrate equipment, commission new systems, and provide customer training
- Collaborate with project management and other teams to improve overall operations and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in the electronic and security industry
- Experience with PACOM Security Systems is required
- Advanced technical skills related to electronic security systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Good networking skills (advanced preferred)
- Understanding of relay and relay logic
- Ability to demonstrate and train others effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
