KPA is hiring a Technical Support Specialist in the United States to assist customers with KPA software applications. You will troubleshoot issues, escalate when needed, and document all communications in our ticketing system.
You will help guide clients and partners toward effective resolutions, maintain high service levels, and participate in ongoing training for new products to become a trusted voice in customer issue resolution.

The role of the Technical Support Specialist is to assist customers who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of KPA’s software applications, products or services. Complex and/or high priority problems are elevated to specialized support groups for resolution when needed, but the Technical Support Specialist is responsible to ensure that an effective solution is provided to the user.
