Job summary

ETS Staffing in Vermont is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with troubleshooting outdoor power equipment by phone and online. This full-time, in-person role pays $18.75 per hour with a first shift, Monday-Saturday schedule.

You will gain product knowledge through ongoing training, guide customers to solutions, and identify opportunities to offer additional products or services. Competitive weekly pay and on-site benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical or technical aptitude with tools or equipment maintenance.
• Intermediate to strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
