We are seeking a skilled and motivated Support Technician for an entry-level position involving overnight support in our dynamic team. As a Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent on-site assistance and support to our customers. You will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving basic issues related to the HeadSpin platform and infrastructure. Working Hours:
This is a full-time position requiring overnight work 40 hours per week, from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 p.m. - 4:00 a.m.
Contract Duration:
This would be a 3 to 6 month contract, starting ideally in the first week of April.
