Socket.dev in Oklahoma is seeking a Support Technical Specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance to end-users in an in-office setting. The role includes diagnosing software, hardware, and network issues and guiding users through solutions. The position is full-time with standard in-office hours (Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.). T1 pay is $22.50/hr and T2 pay is $25.00/hr, with occasional flexible scheduling and weekend/mid-shift

This is a full-time position. Hours of work and days are typically Monday through Friday in one of the following timeslots: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional deviations from these timeslots might be necessary depending on client or company needs.
Infrequent travel is expected for this position.
