Job summary

CareTria, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support Specialist in Memphis, TN to provide expert technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and implementing effective solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of four years in an IT role and experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of printers, mobile devices and other technical products.

Job description

Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users related to computer systems, hardware, and software. The Technical Support Specialist also runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.

• Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Anti-Virus solutions, Exchange, Lan Environment, and Active Directory
• Demonstrated experience and strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365
