Sol-Ark Inc is hiring for a full-time onsite Technical Support specialist at our Allen, Texas warehouse. You will assist homeowners and installers with technical issues, document cases, and maintain the knowledge base to improve customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have about 2 years in technical customer support or call centers, basic electrical knowledge, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Expect a fast-paced environment with KPI targets and collaboration with engineering.

• Possess a basic understanding of electrical knowledge.
• Commit to a fast and dynamic environment with a growing company.
• Have a “Can Do” attitude, willingness to learn, passionate about solving problems.

This position will be onsite at our warehouse in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area).

Full-time W-2 ONSITE opportunity (not remote)!
