Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients in a timely and efficient manner
• Document all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Educate clients on product features and functionality
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
• Keep up‑to‑date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best support to clients

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
