Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in technical support/call center environment.
• High school diploma; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to users of computer systems and resolve issues quickly.
• Communicate clearly with end users, colleagues, and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of software and hardware to meet client requirements.
• Document interactions, issues, and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with iBASEt staff and clients to set goals for system improvements.
• Create new processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
