Qualifications

• Two-year technical or industrial degree, or related Military training.
• Strong technical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and LECO field technicians.
• Log details of customer interactions in Oracle.
• Prepare SAP input for on-site service calls.
• Coordinate with scheduler to launch service calls.
• Use resources (Printroom, Oracle, KB, manuals) to locate part numbers or drawings.
• Provide excellent customer service.
