Qualifications

• Требуется глубокий уровень Linux: настройка, управление и устранение неполадок
• Умение работать с сетями в Linux и diagnóstico аппаратных лимита
• Уровень английского не ниже Upper-Intermediate; хорошие коммуникативные навыки
• Плюсом будет опыт с Docker, Kubernetes или OpenStack и сертификации
• Готовность развиваться как IT-специалист и осваивать новые технологии

Responsibilities

• Оказывать second-level техническую поддержку, координируя работу с клиентами и внутренними командами
• Анализировать производительность и надёжность продуктов по запросам клиентов
• Управлять коммуникацией с клиентами и поддерживать соблюдение SLA
• Поддерживать внутренние и внешние базы знаний по продуктам Virtuozzo и методикам устранения неполадок

Virtuozzo provides infrastructure system software for AI, including operating systems, orchestration, virtualisation, storage, and management technologies. Its solutions enable service providers, SaaS companies, and enterprises to build, operate, and monetise cloud services on their own infrastructure.

Задачи:

• Provide second-level technical support by coordinating, evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues with customer technical teams and internal teams
• Analyse the technical performance and reliability of products, systems, and services based on customer requests
• Manage customer communication and provide feedback in line with quality standards, customer satisfaction requirements, and SLAs
• Maintain internal and external knowledge bases covering Virtuozzo products and troubleshooting procedures

Требования:

• Desire to grow as an IT professional, focusing on developing advanced Linux expertise
• Understand operating system structure and Linux configuration
• Have experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining Linux operating systems
• Have experience configuring networking and network services in Linux environments
• Have experience using Linux troubleshooting and monitoring utilities
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused while investigating and resolving technical issues
