Technical Support Engineer - Flink (Remote, West)

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in Flink and related technologies to join our team. The role involves working closely with customers to resolve issues, contribute to process development, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve our products.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in resolving issues with their Confluent deployments.
• Help develop and improve support processes and documentation.
• Provide product feedback to engineering teams.
• Create and review product demos and internal tools.
• Work with the Apache Kafka and Flink communities.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Java or Scala.
• Experience with streaming data platforms, preferably Apache Flink.
• Experience troubleshooting applications on Linux and with distributed systems like Kafka or Spark.
