Required Technical Skills
Camstar/Opcenter, MES, Cloud platform, .NET, SQL/Oracle (Database), ERP & Equipment Integration, OPC, IoT, PLC & SCADA, PowerBI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), IRIS / JIRA tool.
Must Have Skills
- Techno-Functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter/Camstar application.
- Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation and support for large global programs using COTS products like Opcenter/Camstar.
- Integration of MES with ERP tools such as SAP.
- Experience with CAMSTAR Interoperability (CIO) / MOM module for equipment and ERP integration, including inbound and outbound messaging.
- Good understanding of SLA and Ticking systems like IRIS.
- Experience with Business Technology Platforms or any Cloud Platform.
- Collaborative experience with functional teams and system admins to ensure service availability and prompt issue resolution.
- Feasibility analysis skills to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Ability to standardize solutions for reusability and supportability.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work successfully with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Understanding of PLC, SCADA systems, and OPC connectivity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Address issues related to Opcenter (Camstar) MES applications and integrations.
- Manage IT problems proactively and reactively, including known errors.
- Lead root cause analysis to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborate with users to troubleshoot and improve business processes.
- Provide solutions within defined SLAs for P1, P2, or P3 tickets.
- Support integration between MES, PLC/SCADA, and other L1, L2, & L3 systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to drive results.
- Ensure platform, product, or system availability and optimal performance through efficient DevOps practices.
