What You Will Do

• Resolve issues with customer Confluent deployments
• Help develop processes for efficient growth and culture
• Provide product feedback to engineering
• Improve documentation and knowledge bases
• Create and review demos and internal tools
• Collaborate with the Apache Kafka team

What You Will Bring

• Interest in streaming data and data platforms
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Java or Scala
• Experience with Apache Flink is a plus
• Knowledge of Golang, Python, C/C++, C# is a plus
• Customer issue diagnosis and resolution skills
• Ability to interact directly with customers to ensure success
• Two of the following: troubleshooting Linux applications, operational Java application knowledge, experience with distributed systems like Kafka, Flink, Spark
