What You Will Do

• Work with customers to resolve issues with their Confluent deployments
• Contribute to process development, helping to build a strong foundation for growth
• Communicate with the core engineering team to provide real-time product feedback
• Improve product documentation and author knowledge base articles
• Create and review product demos and internal tools
• Collaborate closely with the team behind Apache Kafka

What You Will Bring

• Enthusiasm for learning about streaming data and becoming a domain expert in Confluent Data Stream Platform
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficiency in Java or Scala
• Experience with Apache Flink is a plus
• Knowledge of Golang, Python, C/C++, C# is advantageous
• Experience diagnosing and resolving customer issues
• Desire to help customers succeed through direct interaction
• At least two of the following: troubleshooting Linux applications, operational Java application knowledge, or experience with distributed systems like Kafka, Flink, Spark
