Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (TSE)

Mitiga is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer (TSE) to join our team. We are a pioneer in cloud security, providing comprehensive solutions for cloud threat detection, investigation, and response.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Use customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Develop expertise in Mitiga’s platform to assist customers effectively.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets, including escalations.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows.
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer, preferably in cybersecurity and Cloud/SaaS environments, with knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of thriving in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience supporting SaaS products and tools like Splunk.
  • Proficient in SQL queries.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with SIEM/SOAR integrations.
  • Knowledge of threat detection, response workflows, and cloud attack surfaces.
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
