Remote Jobs is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support our UK customer base, with a focus on cloud-hosted environments and infrastructure. The role involves troubleshooting complex application and hosting issues after upgrades, database refreshes, and performance incidents.

You will provide advanced Azure support, diagnose performance problems, coordinate with Hosting and Infrastructure teams, and help maintain knowledge base articles. Remote work is encouraged and supported.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS).
• Strong SQL Server and database management knowledge.
• Experience supporting hosted/SaaS applications.
• Ability to diagnose performance issues and system errors.
• Familiarity with incident management tools (Zendesk or similar).

Responsabilidades

Required Skills & Experience:
