Job summary

Armstrong Fluid Technology is seeking a technically adept professional to deliver exceptional customer support for mission-critical building systems. The role combines on-site and office-based support, with opportunities to train regional representatives and customers, ensuring optimal performance of Armstrong-supplied equipment.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and distribution teams, apply root-cause analysis, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

University degree in electrical/building controls or automation; 1–2 years related experience.
HVAC diploma/degree or 5 years HVAC/Controls experience also considered.
2+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or distribution operations in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent technical support in an office-based environment or on-site for local customers.
Assist customers with problematic equipment and offer cost-effective solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries online or on-site and conduct on-site training seminars.
Travel to project sites (10% of time) to troubleshoot issues or assist with start-up and commissioning.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve products and processes.
