Luminator Technology Group is a leading global provider of transportation solutions. We seek an ERP leader for the EMEA region to own the Infor LN roadmap, drive standardization, and partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to implement ERP improvements.

You will lead the regional ERP team and external partners, ensuring day-to-day operations, governance, and data quality while driving continuous improvement across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing ERP systems in manufacturing or SCM.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
• German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP roadmap for Infor LN across EMEA and drive enhancements.
• Lead end-to-end ERP delivery including integrations and releases.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance to translate needs into ERP solutions.
• Lead regional ERP team and external partners to deliver value.
• Drive governance, data quality, and performance metrics for ERP services.

What you will do:

ERP Leadership & Strategy

• Own the EMEA ERP roadmap for Infor LN, including enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Align ERP initiatives with business priorities and enterprise IT strategy.
• Drive system standardization, scalability, and compliance across regional operations.

Delivery & Operations

• Lead end‑to‑end ERP delivery including enhancements, integrations, and releases.
• Ensure stable day‑to‑day ERP operations, support, and issue resolution.
• Establish governance, change management, and performance metrics for ERP services.

Business Partnership

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into ERP solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP‑related decisions and prioritization in EMEA.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the regional ERP team and external partners.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

• Drive process optimization, data quality, and ERP adoption across the region.
• Manage vendors and ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective delivery.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure system reliability.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Strong experience with:

• Proven experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Infor LN or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and managing business stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Fluent English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in multi‑country or EMEA ERP environments.
• Experience with ERP transformations, upgrades, or process harmonization initiatives.
• Familiarity with integrations, data governance, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• German skills.
