Airbyte is seeking a Software Support Engineer to provide top-tier support to Enterprise customers across both Airbyte Cloud and on-premise installations. This role involves direct engagement with users, enhancing knowledge bases, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless data movement solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong technical skills in Kubernetes, Docker, and Python, alongside experience in customer interaction within engineering contexts.

As a Software Support Engineer, you will engage directly with our Enterprise customers across Airbyte Cloud and on-premise or cloud-based Airbyte Enterprise installations. You will act as the user’s advocate, working with support, product, and engineering teams to prioritize improvements, troubleshoot issues, develop workarounds, and create knowledge base articles.
