We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer to manage customer interactions and technical support for multiple enterprise applications. This role involves working closely with customers to understand issues, resolve them efficiently, and ensure application stability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the .NET Framework 4.0, ADO.NET, SQL Server, Entity Framework (EF), IIS, SSMS, Linux, J Shuttle, Oracle, Redshift, PostgreSQL, Shamba, shell scripting, basic knowledge of Informatica, Samba shares, and core Java.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• .NET Framework 4.0, ADO.NET, Entity Framework (EF), Core Java
• IIS (deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting), Java application servers (e.g., Tomcat, JBoss)
• Linux environment troubleshooting and support
• Shell scripting – Bash or equivalent
• Samba shares management and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of J Shuttle, Shamba
• Basic Informatica knowledge (ETL process understanding)
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication – must be able to handle customer discussions independently
