Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the technical support of Alibaba Cloud container products and solutions, providing remote technical support to ensure the normal operation of customers' businesses.
2. Resolve issues and troubleshoot failures in users' container cloud products, develop technical implementation plans, and support the implementation process.
3. Analyze and summarize incidents and failures, develop technical solutions, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
4. Assess the stability of online customer systems, provide technical consultations, and develop reusable knowledge cases, tools, and product requirements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
5. Consolidate solutions into a knowledge base, produce reports on product problems and support analysis, organize technical documentation, and empower customers and partners.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields.
2. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Golang, or Shell.
3. Understanding of Linux system kernel and virtualization technologies like Xen and KVM.
4. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, including namespace, processes, networks, file systems, Chroot, and CGroups; experience with image creation and optimization.
6. Experience with container orchestration services such as Kubernetes and Docker Swarm; understanding of cluster networks, storage, and troubleshooting of k8s resources.
7. Knowledge of Ingress Controller principles, fault handling, and troubleshooting of Istio sidecars.
8. Priority given to those familiar with cloud server environments, cloud service products (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud), and tools like Jenkins, ELK, and Prometheus.
9. Open-source contributors or those with open-source implementations of container technologies are preferred.
