Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Austin, TX is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to design and manage scalable cloud solutions. You will implement CI/CD pipelines, configure containers with Docker and Kubernetes, and work with AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.

Strong scripting in Bash, Python, and Go is required, plus hands-on production experience and cross-team collaboration. Knowledge of web servers (Apache, Tomcat, Nginx) and AliCloud is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/BS in related field with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms, including CloudFormation & Terraform.
• Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting in Bash, Python, and Go.
• Automation with Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, SonarQube, Git.
• Web server management: Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, load balancers.
• Hands-on production setup and management.
• Understanding of complex architectures and cross-team collaboration.
• Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement cloud DevOps practices across projects.
• Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, SonarQube, Git.
• Configure and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS, CloudFormation, Terraform.
• Manage web servers (Apache/Tomcat/Nginx) and load balancers in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex architectures.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and security across environments.
• Maintain Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) resources and integrations.

• Proficiency in containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

• Proficient in scripting languages such as bash, Python, and Go.
• Expertise in automation with tools like Ansible
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Maven, Sonarqube, Git)
• Experience in web server management (Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, load balancers)
• Hands‑on experience in production setup and management
• Understanding of complex architectures and collaboration across teams

Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000 a year
