Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Certified in Security+ requirements.
• Proficient in the use of the Government TSM system and the ETC tool.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite applications.
• Knowledge of ship construction deficiency records management process.

Responsibilities

• Provide TSM System and ETC system overview to personnel.
• Support tracking deficiency records and processes.
• Develop and maintain ship unique data and database for record input.
• Assist in maintaining updated status of deficiency records.
• Prepare technical briefings and assessments.
• Prepare weekly program management reports.
• Provide trial card status reports post-trials.
• Maintain a deployable mini-local area network for sea trials.
• Respond to trial card database requests during trials.
• Attend meetings related to program reviews.

Skills

Proficient in the use of the Government TSM system and the ETC tool

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite applications

Knowledge of ship construction deficiency records management process

Education
