Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in technical or application support.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and ARGO staff.
• Ability to identify traces for debugging and review traces with others when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDMS production environments and detect issues within SLA.
• Provide telephone and email support to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and re-create reported problems from traces and logs.
• Interface with 2nd/3rd level support, developers, QA, and docs teams.
