Job summary

ARGO is seeking a Technical Support Analyst I to join our Richardson, TX team. You will monitor EDMS production environments, respond to issues quickly, and collaborate with internal ARGO teams to resolve customer problems.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and trace analysis skills. The position may involve documenting findings, updating EDMS reports, and providing frontline support via phone and email to customers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS with a GPA of 3.0+
• 0-3 years of experience in technical or application support

Responsibilities

• Monitor EDMS production environments daily and identify critical events.
• Elevate issues within 5 minutes of problem onset to the appropriate TSA level.
• Update Weekly/Monthly EDMS reports with charts and variances.
• Provide telephone and e-mail support to customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, and analyze traces from customer environments.
• Coordinate with other ARGO teams to resolve issues and share status.
