Lead and supervise technicians, ensuring they have the required tools, resources, and technical data.
Perform Receiving, Preliminary, In-Process, and Final inspections in accordance with applicable manuals and standards.
Train and mentor staff on proper work procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the Repair Station Team on scheduling, materials, and task execution.
Identify and escape production issues promptly while managing overtime to meet delivery commitments.
Support on-site audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.
Motivate team members and promote a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Proficiency in Quantum Control modules, including Inventory Control, Company Management, Customer Quotations, Receiving, Repair Order, and Shop Control.
Knowledge of aviation maintenance methods, techniques, tools, and applicable regulations in accordance with 14 CFR § 145.153(a).
A&P or Repairman certification with at least 18 months of relevant experience in accordance with 14 CFR Part 65.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Excellent multitasking, leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
FAA 14 CFR Part 120 Safety-Sensitive Employee and DOT 49 CFR § 172.704 Hazmat Employee certifications required.
