Job summary

Indorama Ventures Xylenes & PTA in Decatur, AL seeks a Technical Superintendent – Reliability and Integrity to lead the site reliability improvement program and guide maintenance, capital projects, and asset integrity. You will manage Mechanical and Electrical engineers, ensure compliance with PSM, review performance, and mentor staff toward high standards.

Candidates should have BS in Engineering, 15+ years in petrochem, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; 15+ years petrochemical manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and supervise engineers and inspectors.
• Lead asset reliability improvements and allocate engineers to problems.
• Plan and justify annual capital expenditures and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE programs and site practices.
