Job Summary:In the Mix-Signal and Linear Division (MSLD) we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Validation Engineer to join our staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on validating the performance and reliability. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our new products meet or exceed the rigorous standards required by our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute detailed validation plans for new designs, including defining test requirements, creating test fixtures, and selecting appropriate equipment.- Collaborate with design engineers to understand architectures and identify critical performance parameters.- Perform bench-level testing and characterization, analyzing performance across various operating conditions.- Troubleshoot and debug new ICs to identify root causes of failures and work with the design team to implement solutions.- Document validation results and provide comprehensive reports, including recommendations for product improvements. - Support the creation of datasheets and application notes by providing accurate performance data.- Participate in design reviews and provide validation perspectives to ensure product quality and reliability. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of semiconductor technology trends, testing methodologies, and industry best practices.**Requirements/Qualifications:**Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
