FHLB Des Moines is looking for a Technical Staff Engineer in San Jose, California. You will provide technical leadership for our Data Center Solutions business unit, focusing on innovative emulation strategies for enterprise flash controllers.

The ideal candidate has over 12 years of experience in ASIC development, excellent problem-solving skills, and is proficient with emulation platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to next-generation data center technologies.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant industry experience in ASIC development and emulation.
• Experience with SoC/ASIC emulation and verification flow.
• Experience in PCIe based Enterprise Flash Controller design.

Responsibilities

• Develop next generation Data Center Storage products, including NVMe SSD controllers.
• Provide technical leadership through all phases of silicon ASIC development.
• Debug and root cause design, testbench and emulation platform related issues.
