Reporting to the Section Manager, the role partners with field operations, IT, vendors, and consultants to drive process improvement, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making for safe, reliable service delivery.

Transmission Operations is seeking a motivated and innovative Technical Senior Specialist to support the development, optimization, and sustainment of critical work management systems, business applications, reporting tools, and operational technology solutions that enable the safe and reliable operation of the electric transmission system.

Reporting to the Section Manager, this role serves as a key partner to field operations, business stakeholders, IT organizations, vendors, and consultants to drive operational excellence, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage technology, analytics, automation, and project management expertise to translate operational needs into effective solutions that improve workforce productivity, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support the safe, reliable delivery of service to our customers.
