Citizens Energy Group seeks a Technical Specialist VII to lead GIS analytics and development across utility domains. You will guide the GIS Analyst team, oversee day-to-day activities, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget and safety requirements.
Key qualifications include ESRI software expertise (ArcGIS Pro, Portal, Field Maps, Experience Builder), strong leadership, and a Bachelor’s in GIS (or related) with extensive experience.

The successful candidate reports through the Program & Technical Services (P&TS) department. P&TS is responsible for the oversight of program and process controls, standards, utility coordination, underground asset management, hydraulic modeling, and overall GIS data and analysis. This position will focus on being a technical lead for GIS analytics and development for all utilities and overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of the GIS Analyst team. Lead technician or supervisory role. Provides leadership and oversight for GIS analytics, development, and statistical analysis activities. Solves technical problems and provides consultation and training. Directs efforts of other technicians as required. Manages multiple projects of medium to high complexity by assuring compliance with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety. Engages in interactions with consultants, other Citizens departments, and other agencies. May have supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Salary: $96,000 (Grade 11)
Coordinates with other GIS team personnel to review and exchange project information necessary for development. May support field activities. Communicates project design requirements, progress and schedules
Valid driver’s license in the United States, or alternate approved by management. State of Indiana
driver’s license required within 30 days of first day of employment. (Must have a safe driving record including no history of serious traffic violations, accidents, suspensions/revocations, or DUI/DWI convictions within the last three years).Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
