Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure backend systems using Java.
• Architect microservices and distributed systems that support high-volume applications.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, UX, and DevOps to deliver best-in-class experiences.
• Influence technical strategy and system architecture across teams.
• Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, and performance optimization.
• Lead technical design reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and object-oriented design.
• Proven experience in developing scalable, high-performance backend applications and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, and distributed computing.
• Proficiency with Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and monitoring tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product-based, cloud-native, or large-scale systems.
• Familiarity with gRPC, Protobuf, or message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Track record of driving complex features or systems from design to production.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments.
