Drive initiatives to improve system performance, robustness, diagnostics, serviceability, reusability, and customer satisfaction across multiple chassis systems. Create, execute, and document system‑level design verification and validation plans, including virtual, HiL, and vehicle‑based testing activities, to mature concepts and prototype software into production‑ready solutions. Lead and contribute to multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced and demanding environment. Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
  • Proven experience in the development, integration, and delivery of control systems.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, autonomous vehicle control requirements, and functional safety principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with prototype development, integration, and testing.
  • Familiarity with software and controls development tools and methodologies, including MATLAB, Python, CAPL scripting, and model‑based development.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, with a solid understanding of automotive communication networks and electrical systems.
Advantageous
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to apply first‑principles thinking and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement of technical solutions, methodologies, and development processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a rigorous, fundamentals‑based approach to problem solving.
  • Experience with Vector tools such as CANape, CANalyzer, CANoe, and vCDM/CDM Studio.
