Position

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Martlet Basketball Head Coach, the technical specialist - Assistant Coach will assist the full-time staff with various duties related to the administration, training, and competing of the women's basketball program.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Record activities during a game and keep track of statistics.
• Analyze data and identify game/team/athlete activity/competency trends during the game and post-game. Compile statistics and produce reports for the coaching staff to review
• Assist in practices and off-season workouts with individual skill development
• Support coaching staff in the implementation of practice and game plans.
• Assist with the maintenance and distribution of on-field team equipment.
• Assist with practices and off-season workouts with individual skill development, implementation of practice and game plans.
• Assist coaching staff with various administrative tasks as required.

Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities
