Job summary

Onward Technologies Inc. in Auburn Hills, Michigan is seeking a Technical Specialist to direct CAE analyses, coordinate design directions, and lead a team toward robust valve concepts with SAP PLM-based 3D data models.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years designing valves (fuel systems), experience with NX or Catia, plastic components, springs and seals, and proficiency in DFMEA and DVP&R/PVP&R processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years designing valves (fuel system valves) including detailed design and development of components.
• NX or Catia experience.
• Experience designing plastic components, springs and seals.
• Experience conducting stack-ups on interfaces and complex assemblies.
• Experience in developing a DFMEA.
• Experience in developing and executing a DVP&R/PVP&R.

• Must have experience designing plastic components, springs, and seals
• Must have experience conducting stack-ups on all interfaces and complex assemblies
• Must have experience in developing a DFMEA
• Must have experience in developing and executing a DVP&R/PVP&R
