Job summary

RGP seeks an experienced Technology Strategic Sourcing Consultant to lead technology procurement within a complex financial services environment. The role spans software, cloud, AI, telecom, and professional services with substantial negotiation and contract management responsibilities.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Legal, Risk, and Information Security, managing RFPs and TCO analyses while ensuring strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience managing complex technology agreements and vendor relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate independently and make an immediate impact.
• Experience across software, cloud, AI, telecom, infrastructure, hardware, and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing initiatives across software, cloud, AI, telecom, infrastructure, hardware, and professional services.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, order forms, subscriptions and licensing agreements, and renewals.
• Partner with Technology, Legal, Risk, and Information Security stakeholders to evaluate vendors and sourcing options.
• Manage RFPs and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Negotiate favorable commercial and contractual terms.
• Support ongoing supplier and vendor relationships.
• Manage multiple priorities independently and move initiatives forward with minimal direction.
