PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Technical Sourcer to partner with HR, TA, and engineering teams to build a robust technical talent pipeline. You will influence hiring decisions with data-driven insights and craft sourcing strategies across the enterprise.

The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced technical sourcing, deep LinkedIn Recruiter experience, and strong candidate management. Remote work is allowed within the United States and Canada, aligned to EST hours.

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced technical sourcing environment.
• Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong relationship management, candidate management, and technical sourcing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering roles and beyond.
• Advise and influence decision making pertaining to technical talent using competitive intel and BI insights.
• Brainstorm, plan, and implement effective sourcing strategies and channels.
• Devise, refine and manage a sourcing plan for current and future staffing needs.
• Work with HRIS and ATS systems to build sourcing pipelines, review applicants and run reports.
• Perform other duties as required.

About the Role & Team

As a Technical Sourcer you'll partner closely with HR, TA and various technical teams to help identify key talent needs across the enterprise. You will play a key role, helping shape the technical talent we bring into the business to deliver key results.

About the Work

• Working closely with the recruitment team, you will generate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering roles and beyond.
• Liaising with technical recruitment and engineering hiring managers, you will be using competitive intel, funnelmetricsand business intelligence to advise and influence decision makingpertaining totechnical talent.
• Brainstorming, planning, and implementing effective sourcing strategies, andutilizingsourcing channels such as social recruiting tools
• Liaising with technical recruitment and you will devise,refineand manage a sourcing plan for current and future staffing needs.
• Working with HRIS and ATS systems to build sourcing pipelines, review applicants and run reports and provide relevant data on performance metrics.
• Other duties asrequired.

About You

• 3+ Years experience in a fast-paced technical sourcing environment, ideally in both corporate and agency settings.
• Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required
• You have strong relationship management, candidate management, and technical sourcing skills.
• Ability to understand the nuances of different technology stacks and how they fit into the larger product lines within the organization.
• Out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to sourcing, candidate management, and candidate experience.
• You havea track recordof managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of tools like UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Lever is a bonus.

Logistics

• Please note this is a temporary role that is slated to last through the end of 2026. Pending business need it may have the opportunity to extend.
• This role is open to remote work within United States and Canada, working in Eastern Standard time hours.
• Pay range listed is hourly.

Hourly Range $30-$39 USD
