Play a vital role in delivering technology solutions that solve our customers’ biggest challenges. Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineers by providing technical input for Rough Order of Magnitude estimates and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs). Draft Statements of Work and support the sales process for global sales teams. Combine technical expertise with a delivery mindset to solve complex problems and support large-scale enterprise projects.
Manage the estimation process for Professional Services, ensuring clarity and quality in Statements of Work and RFP responses, including scope, effort, project duration, and technical responsibilities.
Prepare professional services responses to RFPs, creating persuasive and clear documents that communicate the value of proposed projects or services.
Collaboration: Work with Solution Engineers and Technical Account Managers on pre-sales estimations and strategic scoping calls to provide input on Professional Services value and solutions.
Content Development: Write clear and concise Statements of Work, articulating objectives, methodologies, timelines, and required hours. Create artifacts like architecture diagrams or process flows to convey scope. Develop compelling documents outlining technical scope, acceptance criteria, schedule, and cost estimates for IT solutions.
Analysis: Conduct discovery to understand client needs, define scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria, and work with stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive proposals.
Compliance and Formatting: Ensure responses adhere to customer RFP guidelines, maintain professionalism, and are free of errors. Review and refine documents to meet formatting standards.
Reporting & Standards: Track sales orders and project outcomes, update templates and estimation tools, and suggest process improvements.
