Job summary

Zenitel is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to build strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, System Integrators, and Technology Partners across the United States. You will drive inclusion of Zenitel solutions in project specifications and designs, and provide technical and commercial guidance on solution architecture and system design.

You will deliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions, support complex bids, and act as the voice of the market to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, systems engineering, technical / commercial sales support, or a similar role.
• Experience with system-based projects, including design, estimating, and bid management within critical communication systems.
• Strong knowledge of IP networking and data communications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset.
• An established professional network among American consultants, engineering firms, and system integrators would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English at a native or near-native level is required.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience with PAVA systems, IP audio solutions, and integrated communication systems is an advantage.
