Responsibilities include setting priorities, mentoring engineers, and coordinating with vendors to uphold standards and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, enterprise applications or system integration.
• 3+ years of supervisory or technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the Technical Solutions team.
• Lead software development, application enhancement, and integration initiatives.
• Oversee PMWeb and other enterprise applications, ensuring security, scalability and reliability.
• Coordinate development priorities and allocate engineering resources across projects.
• Support the Director in executing the Technical Solutions roadmap.
